Common use of Redenomination and Alternate Currencies Clause in Contracts

Redenomination and Alternate Currencies. Each obligation under this Agreement of a party to this Agreement which has been denominated in the National Currency Unit of a Subsequent Euro Participant state shall be redenominated into Euros in accordance with EMU Legislation immediately upon such Subsequent Euro Participant becoming a Participating Member State (but otherwise in accordance with EMU Legislation).
