Common use of Redesignation Notice Clause in Contracts

Redesignation Notice. If the below “Redesignated Account” box(es) has been marked “Yes”, notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 2.8 of the Fifth Amended and Restated Sale and Servicing Agreement dated as of December 1, 2010, that the redesignation of certain Accounts and the reassignment of the Receivables and Related Security in such Accounts occurred on the Redesignation Date of [ ], and a Redesignated Account Schedule has been delivered to the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee according to the Sale and Servicing Agreements.
