Redetermination of Pro Rata Funding Percentages; Etc. (1) In the event StadCo and the Authority jointly redetermine the pro rata funding percentages set forth in Section 3.2 of the Development Agreement as permitted pursuant to Section 3.2(e)(viii) of the Development Agreement, then upon receipt of written notice thereof from StadCo and the Authority to the Disbursing Agent, the corresponding pro rata funding percentages set forth in Section 3.4(c)(3) and Section 3.2(d)(2) hereof shall be amended to reflect such redetermination.
