Redeveloper Responsibilities. The Redeveloper agrees to undertake the Project and to construct the Project Improvements on the Property in accordance with this Agreement and the Redevelopment Plan.
Redeveloper Responsibilities. Redeveloper will purchase in fee simple Lot 1 from the City as provided in this Agreement at fair value as described herein to complete the Redeveloper Improvements in connection with the Redevelopment Project. Redeveloper, at its own cost and expense, shall construct an approximately 9,000 square foot building that will connect to the existing Carnegie Library building to provide hunger relief, outreach and prevention services, in addition to related parking on Lot 1, according to approved plans as provided in Paragraph 3 below, and commence construction within one hundred twenty (120) days after Lot 1 is transferred to Redeveloper from the City pursuant to the Real Estate Sales Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit “4” and incorporated herein by this reference.
Redeveloper Responsibilities. The Redeveloper agrees to undertake the Project and to construct the Project Improvements on the Property in accordance with this Agreement, the Redevelopment Plan and the Site Plan approved by the by the City of Millville Planning Board pursuant to Resolution No.18-2017 PB, adopted on October 10, 2017.
