Redevelopment Plan Amendments. Other than with respect to the Plan Amendment described at Section 2.5 hereof, the Township agrees that prior to Commencement of Construction of the last Phase of the Project the Township will not amend the Redevelopment Plan with respect to the Project Parcels or otherwise impair this Agreement without Redeveloper’s prior consent.
