Reducing Previously Scheduled Nominations. Whenever an Interconnecting Pipeline requires LMM to reduce previously scheduled nominations, LMM shall, without liability, effect such reduction by reducing pro rata all previously scheduled nominations to that Interconnecting Pipeline. However, if LMM identifies the shipper(s) responsible for the reduction being required by the Interconnecting Pipeline, LMM shall, without liability, endeavor to reduce only the previously scheduled nominations of the responsible shipper(s).
