Reduction in Annual Volume Commitment, Generally. Except as expressly provided for in Sections 9.5 and 9.6 above, the Annual Volume Commitments and/or Expansion Capacity Annual Volume Commitment shall be reduced by any Gas that Gatherer is not able to receive from Shipper on any Day that Shipper is capable of delivering within the Initial Build Conditions, whether or not such failure is caused by Force Majeure.
