Reduction in grant for underperformance. (a) This clause applies where the Secretary of State determines that the Grant Recipient has underperformed against the Targets specified in Schedule 3 to such degree that in a reduction in Grant may be made in accordance with the underperformance weightings and methodology set out in Schedule 4.
