Reduction in Rates, Duties or Taxes. The difference in cost resulting from any reduction in applicable freight rates, customs duties, import taxes, excise taxes, and/or sales taxes from those in force on the date of the Purchase Order, whether separately stated on the face of the Purchase Order or not, shall be paid or credited to Buyer.
