Common use of Reduction of Administrative Staff Clause in Contracts

Reduction of Administrative Staff. In order to adjust to program reduction, declining enrollment, or financial problems, the Board has the right to lay off Administrators within the provisions of this Agreement. The prerogative of the Board to lay off Administrators as provided for in this Article supersedes any rights to a second year of employment as an Administrator which may be granted by this contract, and in particular by Article 3.10.
