Reduction of Claim or Loss. If the amount of any Claim or Loss shall, at any time subsequent to payment pursuant to this Paragraph 6, be reduced by recovery, settlement or otherwise, the amount of such reduction, less any expenses incurred in connection therewith, shall promptly be repaid by the Indemnitee to the related Indemnitor.
