Common use of Reduction of Commitment Amounts Clause in Contracts

Reduction of Commitment Amounts. (a) The Borrower shall have the right, upon at least two Business Days’ notice to the Administrative Agent, to ratably reduce the respective Commitment Amounts of the Lenders in accordance with their Pro Rata Shares; provided that the Aggregate Commitment Amount may not be reduced to an amount that is less than the Outstanding Credit Extensions; and provided, further, that each partial reduction of the Commitment Amounts shall be in the aggregate amount of $10,000,000 or an integral multiple thereof. Any reduction of the Commitment Amounts pursuant to this Section 2.04 shall be permanent, except as expressly provided otherwise herein.
