Common use of Reduction of Distributions Clause in Contracts

Reduction of Distributions. Subject to fiduciary obligations, Pledgor shall not, directly or indirectly, without the prior written consent of Secured Party, vote to amend the organizational documents of Company to reduce the stated return to Pledgor thereunder or change the formula for calculating cash from operations available therefor.
