Common use of Reduction of Exercise Price Clause in Contracts

Reduction of Exercise Price. The Company may reduce the Exercise Price of some or all of the Warrants, permanently or temporarily upon five Business Days notice to the Holder without thereby requiring adjustment of the Exercise Price or Conversion Price of any other Common Stock Equivalent or Debenture held by the Holder.

Reduction of Exercise Price. The Company may may, from time to time and to the extent permitted by law, reduce the Exercise Price of some or all exercise price of the Warrants, permanently or temporarily upon five Business Days notice to Warrant by any amount for a period of not less than 20 days. If the Holder without thereby requiring adjustment Company so reduces the exercise price of the Exercise Price Warrant, it will give not less than 15 days notice of such decrease, which notice may be in the form of a press release, and will take such other steps as may be required under applicable law in connection with any offers or Conversion Price sales of any other Common Stock Equivalent or Debenture held by securities at the Holderreduced price.
