Reduction of Hours or Termination of Employment. An Employee may elect to continue coverage at his or her own expense for a period of eighteen (18) months if he or she loses coverage due to a reduction in his or her hours of employment or due to termination of employment with the Employer for a reason other than gross misconduct on the part of the Employee.
