Reduction of Interest Rates. The chart set forth in the definition of “Applicable Percentage” in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement (the “Existing Pricing Schedule”) is deleted and replaced by the chart set forth below (the “New Pricing Schedule”). The New Pricing Schedule shall apply to interest and fees accruing under the Credit Agreement on and after the date hereof. The Existing Pricing Schedule shall continue to apply to interest and fees accruing under the Credit Agreement prior to the date hereof.
