Reduction of Non-Competition. Period If this Agreement shall be terminated by the Company pursuant to Section 2(b)(iv), Termination for reason other than For Cause, the provisions of Sections 9(c) and 9(d) shall terminate on the first business day following the termination of the Executive. Unless other wise provided, the provisions of Sections 9(a) through 9(d), inclusive, shall survive the termination of this Agreement for the duration of the Non-Competition Period.
