Reduction of Norwegian Contract Value. If, for any reason, the Norwegian Contract Value is reduced after the disbursement of a Tranche under the GIEK Lender Facility, the relevant Tranche under the GIEK Lender Facility shall be repaid to such extent that it does not exceed the GIEK Lender Commitment.
