Reduction of Purchasers’ Total Investment. Neither the Purchasers’ Total Investment, nor the Investment of any Purchaser, shall be reduced by the amount of Collections set aside pursuant to this Section unless and until such Collections are actually received by the applicable Purchaser Agent for application hereunder to reduce Purchasers’ Total Investment and the applicable Purchaser’s Investment in accordance with the terms hereof.
