Common use of Reduction of Repayment Instalments Clause in Contracts

Reduction of Repayment Instalments. If the aggregate amount advanced to the Borrower is less than sixteen million eight hundred thousand Dollars ($16,800,000), the amount of each Repayment Instalment shall be reduced pro rata to the amount actually advanced.

Reduction of Repayment Instalments. If the aggregate amount advanced to the Borrower Borrowers in respect of a Tranche is less than sixteen thirty million eight six hundred thousand Dollars ($16,800,000), 30,600,000) the amount of each Repayment Instalment and the relevant Balloon Amount shall be reduced pro rata to the amount actually advanced.

If the aggregate amount advanced to the Borrower Borrowers is less than sixteen twenty two million eight hundred thousand Dollars ($16,800,00022,000,000), the amount of each Repayment Instalment shall be reduced pro rata to the amount actually advanced. Both Drawings shall be advanced within a period of one (1) month from each other otherwise the Repayment Instalments and the Repayment Dates shall be adjusted by the Agent in its discretion.
