Reduction of Repayment Instalments. If, following the Availability Termination Date, the aggregate amount advanced to the Borrower under the Buyer Credit is less than the Buyer Credit Maximum Amount, the amount of each Repayment Instalment of the Buyer Credit shall be reduced pro rata so that the aggregate sum of all such Repayment Instalments shall be equal to the aggregate amount of the Buyer Credit actually advanced.
