Common use of Reduction of Repayment Instalments Clause in Contracts

Reduction of Repayment Instalments. If any part of a Tranche is cancelled, the Repayment Instalments in respect of such Tranche falling after that cancellation shall be reduced in inverse chronological order by the amount cancelled.

Reduction of Repayment Instalments. If any part of a Tranche is cancelled, the its Repayment Instalments in respect of such Tranche falling after that cancellation and its Balloon Instalment shall be reduced in inverse chronological order pro rata by the amount cancelled.
