Common use of Reduction of Termination Payments Clause in Contracts

Reduction of Termination Payments. In the event termination of the Executive's employment is pursuant to the provisions of (P) 6-d, then any amounts otherwise payable to the Executive pursuant to the terms of (P) 7-a-ii shall be payable monthly during the Termination Period and shall be subject to offset for any after tax amounts received by the Executive pursuant to a plan maintained by the Employer as described at (P) 5-f.
