If limited qualifications indicate that a senior Teacher's percentage of time may be reduced, the Principal consults the Joint Staffing Committee to determine if unassigned sections (which can be timetabled) are available at any other school. If this is unsuccessful, the Teacher may select one of the following options: 54.03.01 he/she may accept the reduced percentage and retain existing entitlement, or 54.03.02 he/she may accept his/her placement on the Teachers Available for Transfer List for the full percentage of time to which he/she is entitled.
