Reduction of Time Due to Unavailable Program During the Transfer Process. If limited qualifications indicate that a senior Teacher's percentage of time may be reduced, the Principal consults the Joint Staffing Committee to determine if unassigned sections (which can be timetabled) are available at any other school. If this is unsuccessful, the Teacher may select one of the following options:
