Reduction of Total Investment. Neither the Total Investment nor any Purchaser Group’s Purchaser Group Investment, shall be reduced by the amount of Collections set aside pursuant to this Section unless and until such Collections are actually received by the applicable Purchaser Agent for application hereunder to reduce Total Investment and the applicable Purchaser Group’s Purchaser Group Investment in accordance with the terms hereof.
