Reduction or Termination of Aggregate Commitment. The Borrower may permanently reduce the Aggregate Commitment in whole, or in part ratably among the Lenders in integral multiples of $10,000,000, upon at least five (5) Business Days’ written notice to the Administrative Agent, which notice shall specify the amount of any such reduction, provided that the amount of the Aggregate Commitment may not be reduced below the Aggregate Outstanding Credit Exposure. All accrued Facility Fees shall be payable on the effective date of any termination of the Aggregate Commitments.
Reduction or Termination of Aggregate Commitment. The Commitments shall terminate upon the earlier of (a) the funding of the Loans to the Borrower in the manner specified in Section 2.1 and (ii) 5:00 p.m. on the Closing Date.
