Common use of Reduction or Termination of Revolving Commitments Clause in Contracts

Reduction or Termination of Revolving Commitments. Borrower shall have the right to terminate or reduce in part the unused portion of the Revolving Commitments at any time and from time to time, provided that: (a) Borrower shall give notice of each such termination or reduction as provided in Section 5.3; and (b) each partial reduction shall be in an aggregate amount at least equal to Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000). The Revolving Commitments may not be reinstated after they have been terminated or reduced.
