Reduction to the Commitments Clause Samples

Reduction to the Commitments. Prior to the Reduction Date, the Series 2015-3 Maximum Invested Amount shall be as set forth in Schedule I-A hereto. On the Reduction Date, the parties hereto agree and acknowledge that the Series 2015-3 Maximum Invested Amount shall be automatically reduced on a pro rata basis as set forth in Schedule I-B hereto. The parties hereto hereby waive any requirement of prior notice under Section 2.6(c) of this Supplement solely in connection with any reduction in Commitments on the Reduction Date.
