Reductions from Future Payments to Network Providers. Claim Administrator has the right to offset future payments owed to the Provider: (i) from the Plan, or, (ii) if the Provider is a Network Provider, from Other Plans, up to an amount equal to the Overpayment (collectively, “Offset”).
