Reductions in Stated Amounts of the Letters of Credit. If the Administrative Agent receives a written notice from the Issuer Administrator, substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto, requesting a reduction in the stated amount of any Letter of Credit, then the Administrative Agent shall within two (2) Business Days of the receipt of such notice deliver to the Letter of Credit Provider who issued such Letter of Credit a Notice of Reduction requesting a reduction in the stated amount of such Letter of Credit in the amount requested in such notice effective on the date set forth in such notice; provided that, on such effective date, immediately after giving effect to the requested reduction in the stated amount of such Letter of Credit, (i) the Adjusted Liquid Enhancement Amount will equal or exceed the Required Liquid Enhancement Amount, and (ii) no Aggregate Asset Amount Deficiency will exist immediately after giving effect to such reduction.
