REDUCTIONS OF AGGREGATE COMMITMENTS. If any reduction in the Commitments occurs between the date of this Assignment Agreement and the Effective Date, the percentage interest specified in Item 3 of Schedule 1 shall remain the same, but the dollar amount purchased shall be recalculated based on the reduced Commitments.
