Common use of Reductions of Commitments Clause in Contracts

Reductions of Commitments. (a) The Borrowers shall have the right, upon at least five Business Day's prior written notice to the Administrative Agent (with a copy to the Lender Collateral Agent), at any time to permanently reduce the Total Commitment Amount to zero and terminate all Commitments or from time to time to permanently reduce the Total Commitment Amount in part; provided, however, that each partial reduction shall be in the amount of at least $20,000,000 or an integral multiple of $1,000,000 in excess of that amount.

Reductions of Commitments. (a) The Borrowers Borrower shall have the rightright at any time and from time to time, without penalty or bonus, upon at least five three Business Day's Days' prior written notice to the Administrative Agent in the form of schedule 6 annexed hereto, to terminate the whole or reduce in part on a permanent basis the unused portion of the Commitments of the Lenders in respect of the a Credit Facility (with a copy to pro rata among the Lender Collateral Agent), at any time to permanently reduce Lenders on the Total Commitment Amount to zero and terminate all Commitments or from time to time to permanently reduce the Total Commitment Amount in part; provided, however, basis of their respective Commitments) provided that each partial reduction shall be in the an aggregate minimum amount of at least $20,000,000 or an integral multiple 5 million and multiples in excess thereof of $1,000,000 in excess of that amount1 million.
