REDUCTIONS OF LETTER OF CREDIT COMMITMENT. The Letter of Credit Commitment shall not be reduced until such time as the Aggregate Tranche A Commitments shall equal such Letter of Credit Commitment, and thereafter shall in each case be reduced, automatically, by a sum equal to the amount of each such reduction in the Aggregate Tranche A Commitments.
