REDUCTIONS, TERMINATIONS AND CHANGES. Whenever a change is made in the status, plan, amount or other material feature of a policy reinsured under this Agreement, the Reinsurer will, upon receipt of notification of the change, provide adjusted reinsurance coverage in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Ceding Company will advise the Reinsurer of any such change within sixty (60) days of its effective date.
