Common use of Reentry and Removal Clause in Contracts

Reentry and Removal. Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default by Lessee, Lessor shall also have the right, with or without terminating this Lease, to reenter the Premises to remove all persons and property from the Premises. Such property may be removed and stored in a public warehouse or elsewhere at the cost of and for the account of Lessee. If Lessor shall elect to reenter the Premises, Lessor shall not be liable for damages by reason of such reentry.
