REENTRY BY LANDLORD. 23.01. If this lease shall terminate as provided in Article 22, Landlord or Landlord’s agents and employees may immediately or at any time thereafter reenter the Premises, or any part thereof, either by summary dispossess proceedings or by any suitable action or proceeding at law, or otherwise as permitted by law (but in no event by forcible entry), without being liable to indictment, prosecution or damages therefor (except to the extent resulting from Landlord’s negligence or willful misconduct), and may repossess the same, and may remove any person therefrom, to the end that Landlord may have, hold and enjoy the Premises.
