Reference and Definitions. The Employment Agreement shall be incorporated herein for reference, but only to the extent specifically called for hereunder. The capitalized terms contained in this Agreement shall, to the extent they are the same as those used in the Employment Agreement, shall carry the same meaning as in the Employment Agreement.
