Common use of Reference Bank quotations Clause in Contracts

Reference Bank quotations. If any Reference Bank is unable or otherwise fails to furnish a quotation for the purpose of calculating LIBOR (where such a quotation is required having regard to paragraph (b) of the definition of “LIBOR” in clause 1.2) the interest rate for the relevant Interest Period shall be determined, subject to clause 5.6, on the basis of the quotations furnished by the remaining Reference Banks in accordance with the procedure set out in paragraph (b) of the definition of “LIBOR” in clause 1.2.

Reference Bank quotations. If any Reference Bank is unable or otherwise fails to furnish a quotation for the purpose of calculating LIBOR (where such a quotation is required having regard to paragraph (b) of the definition of “"LIBOR” " in clause 1.2) the interest rate for the relevant Interest Period Revolving Credit Term or other period shall be determined, subject to clause 5.65.8, on the basis of the quotations furnished by the remaining Reference Banks in accordance with the procedure set out in paragraph (b) of the definition of “LIBOR” in clause 1.2Banks.

If any Reference Bank is unable or otherwise fails to furnish a quotation for the purpose of calculating LIBOR LIBOR, EURIBOR or XXXXXX (as appropriate) where such a quotation is required having regard to paragraph (b) the definitions of the definition of “"LIBOR” ", "EURIBOR" and "XXXXXX" in clause 1.2) , the interest rate for the relevant Interest Period Term or other period shall be determined, subject to clause 5.66.6, on the basis of the quotations furnished by the remaining Reference Banks in accordance with the procedure set out in paragraph (b) of the definition of “LIBOR” in clause 1.2Bank or Reference Banks.
