Common use of REFERENCE BANKS' QUOTATIONS Clause in Contracts

REFERENCE BANKS' QUOTATIONS. If a quotation required of a Reference Bank under the foregoing provisions of this Agreement cannot be obtained by a Lender, the rate for which such quotation was required shall be determined on the basis of those quotations which are supplied to that Lender.
