Common use of Reference Banks Clause in Contracts

Reference Banks. If (i) the whole of the Contribution (if any) of any Reference Bank is prepaid, (ii) the Commitments (if any) of any Reference Bank are reduced to zero in accordance with Clause 21 or any other relevant provision hereof, (iii) a Reference Bank transfers the whole of its rights and obligations (if any) as a Bank under this Agreement or (iv), where applicable, any Reference Bank ceases to provide quotations to the Agent for the purposes of determining LIBOR, the Agent may, acting on the instructions of the Majority Banks, terminate the appointment of such Reference Bank and appoint another Bank to replace such Reference Bank.

Reference Banks. If (i) If: 20.1.1 the whole of the Contribution (if any) of any Reference Bank is prepaid, (ii) ; 20.1.2 the Commitments (if any) Commitment of any Reference Bank are is cancelled or reduced to zero in accordance with Clause 21 4.9 or any other relevant provision hereof, (iii) ; 20.1.3 a Reference Bank transfers the whole of its rights and obligations (if any) as a Bank Lender under this Agreement or (iv), Agreement; or 20.1.4 where applicable, any Reference Bank ceases to provide quotations to the Agent for the purposes of determining LIBOR, the Agent may, acting on the instructions of the Majority BanksXxxxxxx, terminate the appointment of such Reference Bank and appoint another Bank Lender to replace such Reference Bank.

If (ia) the whole of the Contribution Contributions (if any) of any Reference Bank is prepaid, prepaid or (iib) the Commitments (if any) of any Reference Bank are reduced to zero in accordance with Clause 21 clauses 4.6 or any other relevant provision hereof, 12 or (iiic) a Reference Bank transfers the whole of its rights and obligations (if any) as a Bank under this Agreement or (ivd), where applicable, any Reference Bank ceases to provide quotations to the Administrative Agent for the purposes of determining LIBOR, the Administrative Agent may, acting on the instructions of the Majority Banks, terminate the appointment of such Reference Bank and appoint another Bank to replace such Reference Bank.

Reference Banks. If If: (ia) the whole of the Contribution Outstandings (if any) of any Reference Bank is prepaid, ; or (iib) the Commitments (if any) of any Reference Bank are reduced to zero in accordance with Clause 21 or any other relevant provision hereof, clause 13; or (iiic) a Reference Bank transfers the whole of its rights and obligations (if any) as a Bank Lender under this Agreement or Agreement; or (iv), d) where applicable, any Reference Bank ceases to provide quotations to the Facility Agent for the purposes of determining LIBORa Relevant Rate, the Facility Agent may, acting on the instructions of the Majority BanksLenders, terminate the appointment of such Reference Bank and appoint another Bank Lender to replace such Reference Bank.
