Common use of Reference; Captions Clause in Contracts

Reference; Captions. The words “hereof”, “herein” and “hereunder” and words of similar import when used in the Indenture shall refer to the Indenture as a whole and not to any particular provision of the Indenture; and references to “Section”, “subsection”, “Schedule” and “Exhibit” in the Indenture are references to Sections, subsections, Schedules and Exhibits in or to the Indenture unless otherwise specified in the Indenture. The various captions (including the tables of contents) in the Indenture are provided solely for convenience of reference and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of the Indenture.
