REFERENCE CHECKS. 10.1. The Owner reserves the right to conduct and consider reference checks. By submitting a response to this solicitation, the Bidder grants the Owner the right to contact or arrange a visit in person with any or all the Bidder’s clients. Reference checks may be grounds to deem Bidder non-responsible, not award, withdraw an award notification, or rescind the award of a contract.
