In responding to inquiries about Executive from prospective employers, the Company shall disclose only Executive’s title, dates of employment, and final rate of pay, provided Executive (i) refers all such inquiries to the attention of the Human Resources Department at the Company’s corporate offices in California, and (ii) provides the Company with a signed, written consent to the release of such information.
