Common use of Reference in Bonds to Supplemental Loan Agreements Clause in Contracts

Reference in Bonds to Supplemental Loan Agreements. Bonds authenticated and delivered after the execution of any Supplemental Loan Agreement pursuant to this Article may, and if required by the Authority shall, bear a notation in form approved by the Bond Trustee as to any matter provided for in such Supplemental Loan Agreement. If the Authority shall so determine, new Bonds so modified as to conform, in the opinion of the Authority, to any such Supplemental Loan Agreement may be prepared and executed by the Authority and authenticated and delivered by the Bond Trustee in exchange for Outstanding Bonds.
