Reference in Notes to Indenture Supplements. Notes authenticated and delivered (or with respect to Uncertificated Notes, registered) after the execution of any Indenture Supplement pursuant to this Article XIII may bear a notation in form approved by the Indenture Trustee as to any matter provided for in such Indenture Supplement. If the Issuer shall so determine, new Notes so modified as to conform, in the opinion of the Issuer, to any such Indenture Supplement may be prepared and executed by the Issuer and authenticated and delivered (or with respect to Uncertificated Notes, registered) by the Indenture Trustee in exchange for Outstanding Notes.
