Common use of Reference in Notes to Master Agreement Supplements Clause in Contracts

Reference in Notes to Master Agreement Supplements. Notes authenticated and delivered after the execution of any Master Agreement Supplement pursuant to this Article may, and shall if required by the Obligors, bear a notation as to any matter provided for in such Master Agreement Supplement. If the Obligors shall so determine, new Notes so modified as to conform, in the opinion of the Obligors, to any such Master Agreement Supplement may be prepared and executed by the Obligors and authenticated and delivered by the Trustee in exchange for Outstanding Notes.
