Reference Materials; Standard Materials. In exchange for the transfer by FG of any Reference Materials or Standard Materials for the purposes of conducting analytical, release, stability and other studies authorized under the Development Program, Astellas shall pay to FG, FG’s Fully Burdened Costs of such materials as reasonably determined by FG.
