Common use of Reference of Disagreement Clause in Contracts

Reference of Disagreement. Where the parties cannot reach agreement on an issue submitted to consultation according to the terms of clause 8.04, that issue shall be referred for arbitration to an arbitrator listed in the current collective agreement. The arbitrator's decision shall be binding on the parties.
