Reference Prices of Natural Gas. The Reference Price of Natural Gas in month “m” shall be calculated as recommended by Decree No. 2,705/1998 or by any subsequent laws and regulations. Up to the fifth business day of each month, as of the month following the one in which the Natural Gas Production Start Date for the Field falls, each Contracted Party shall inform the Manager and ANP the amounts sold, the sale prices, the expenditures incurred with Transportation of the Natural Gas produced, and the amount of the Reference Price of Natural Gas for the previous month.
