Reference Prices Suspension. If during the term of this Contract, any of the reference prices used in Exhibit 3 is suspended or interrupted by any motive, the Product price will be set applying only the reference price that was not interrupted or suspended. In the event that both reference prices used in Exhibit 3 are suspended or interrupted buy any motive, the “Green markets” ammonia price shall be used as a temporary reference publication.
